Air conditioner malfunctioned in the first room and the exhaust fan in the bathroom created excessive noise. it took some effort to secure a new room. There were significant issues with cleanliness, including a broken TV and a door that practically needed a crowbar to close.

The breakfast situation was a disaster—constantly out of products, which left us scrambling for food. To make matters worse, the A/C unit was leaking, soaking the carpet and creating an unpleasant environment. It was frustrating to have to service our own breakfast when staff should have been attentive to these issues.

The warm hospitality of the front desk staff made every interaction a pleasure. The indoor pool was a delightful surprise for the kids, providing a much-needed break.

The pool is really clean which we appreciated a lot and the staff went above and beyond to help us. Breakfast had several options which were great for our family.

I stayed in a King Room, Non-Smoking for 1 night. The bed was super comfy, and the front desk staff was really helpful, making check-in smooth. It felt cozy overall. But I could hear noise from the room above, which was a bit distracting. The area was nice and close to where I needed to be, but not much around for food. Also, had some issues with cleanliness, like the shower wasn't great. Would consider staying again if they got the noise and cleanliness sorted out.
